A sustainable investor

Extens believes in all of the principles supporting sustainable economic development. Our objective is long-term value creation.

Since 2019, Extens has been pursuing a SRI (Socially Responsible Investment) policy and carrying out a global ESG initiative (Environment, Social, and Corporate Governance) both internally and through the companies in our portfolio. We have adopted France Invest’s ethics charter and signed the UN’s Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).

Investing responsibly

As a responsible investor, Extens assesses and weighs the value of financial and non-financial factors when making investment decisions. Our teams measure a number of factors at the start of projects and monitor their evolution annually.

Those parameters are environmental, social or linked to the companies’ governance. They are selected based on the specific profile of the companies and their objectives. Certain parameters, however, are linked to digital health and are therefore analysed systematically.

We then make recommendations in order to help the companies in our portfolio progress.
