On April 10, 2025, Extens was delighted to host its 2025 Annual Investors' Day at the cosy Hôtel Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe. It was a great opportunity to reflect on Extens’ recent activity and performance, and to share perspectives for the future.
Our guest speakers, Frédéric Darguesse, CEO of MediReport, and Frédéric Bourgeois, CEO of VAL Solutions SAS, shared their vision with clarity. Their contributions made the session both enriching and insightful, illustrating how focused operational support and sector-specific expertise can accelerate strategic transformation and sustainable growth.
Jean-Baptiste Scherer, Executive Director at Orisha Socialcare, shared his perspective on the Teranga journey — from steady growth, built on strong fundamentals alongside Extens, to national leadership and a new chapter within a broader platform. A compelling illustration of the ongoing consolidation in European healthcare IT, which Extens actively supports through its investment strategy.
