Extens, the dedicated European software investor for healthcare, is supporting the Lyon-based Imagine Human Group in acquiring Saphir Consult and its solution Qualipro®, a software for managing Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental (“QHSE”) certifications, to accelerate its development.

Founded in 2019, Imagine Human is a software publisher focused on Health, Safety, and Quality of Life at Work. A technology group with impact, addressing today’s major economic, social, and environmental challenges for private and public organizations, Imagine Human has been co-owned by its management team and Extens since early 2024, with the ambition to become an international leader in its QHSE market segment.

With the acquisition of Saphir Consult’s Qualipro® solution, Imagine Human becomes a major international player, now offering its complementary digital solutions in 40 countries to enhance Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Protection (“QHSE”), and Workplace Quality of Life & Working Conditions (“QLWC”). Already recognized for its innovative, reliable, and user-friendly digital solutions, the Group now boasts a unique offering, distinguished both by the complementarity of its functionalities and its global reach.

This external growth operation reflects Extens’ value-creation strategy, built on strong operational support to help its portfolio companies become market leaders. It is the fifth add-on for Extens III and the first one completed outside of France. Following the acquisition of Medicore in the Netherlands in September 2024, this transaction marks a new milestone in the geographic expansion of Extens' investment strategy.
