Supported by Extens, Capital Croissance and Bpifrance since 2017, the Sofia group welcomes IK Partners to accelerate its growth trajectory.

Created in 2019, following the merger of two software publishers IDEA (Topaze and Télévitale) and SNAL (Albus), the Sofia group has become a key player in software for paramedical professions in France, with solutions covering the entire functional chain: creation of medical file, organisation and planning of operations, billing, data transmission, etc. These solutions are established market references in terms of innovation.

Sofia’s shareholders are joined by IK Partners in order to accelerate the group’s growth. Sofia’s strategic plan for the next few years is focused on strenghtening its offer, especially through external growth.

« The group’s evolution since 2017 is a good illustration of Extens’ DNA shared with Capital Croissance and Bpifrance, and its role in building healthcare software leaders. We are pleased to welcome IK Partners, a co-investor who is also very involved with management teams. »
